When will my order be shipped?

All order will be ship within 2 to 4 business days. Quick reminder Business days are Monday to Friday 9-5pm.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes. 

I need to change the shipping address on my order?

Please email with new shipping address ASAP.

I received damaged items, what do I do?

If you items was damaged during shipping. Reach out to us via email Lexiecraftcreations@gmail.com within 5 days of the delivered data. If you message us after, we can not replace your item. Please email photos of damaged items.

 Do you do custom prints?

Yes! Just email us with your email it should be a high pixel image.

Do you weed and apply transfer tape to the Libbey glass wraps or any wraps? 

No! We don’t weed or apply any transfer tape to any of our cups prints.
